Coaching is a collaborative and focused performance-improvement dialogue based on trust and deepened by curiosity, courage, and commitment.

Through my journey with healing breast cancer I have found some useful tools to navigate illness and facilitate self-healing. Due to the many inquiries I receive daily and the need to maintain my own self-care routine, it is impossible to answer each message. If you would like to schedule a one on one phone conversation with me and/or coaching, please read the below information.

Support can be an invaluable tool if you or your loved one is on a cancer healing journey. Scheduling a 30 or 60 minute phone conversation with me can be helpful to find clarity on your path with the mental difficulties that might arise.  If you feel like you would like more support, there is the option of purchasing a 3 session coaching pack.

I am not a medical doctor and am offering coaching from my own experience with my own journey with cancer and my experience as a Life-Coach.

What coaching can do for you:

  • Provide structure and support

  • Help work through mental blocks and fears that arise

  • Find your own inner wisdom and strength

  • Learn appropriate boundaries for necessary self care

  • Gain insight & clarify decision making for your path of treatment

  • Activate your own inner healer

The Journey of Coaching has three components:

  • Curiosity: A great coach has experience, ideas, opinions, processes and an open mind. Curiosity is a mental orientation toward new ideas and creative solutions.

  • Courage: Wherever coaching takes place, so does change. A great coach helps their client find the courage to instigate change and has the compassion to understand and support their experience.

  • Commitment: Commitment is ongoing. Coaching rarely happens in 20 minutes. Time and multiple points of contact make coaching come alive. A single conversation can be insightful, motivating, or educational. But coaching for performance and change takes as long as it takes to learn, and that means repetition, patient instruction, and regular review
